FAQ
Booking
How do I book a room?
Use our online booking system or call. Please note that a payment covering one player must be made when booking.
How do I pay for my booking?
You can pay in advance or at the door by Visa or MasterCard. On-site payment can also be done in cash.
Is there a minimum cost for a room?
The regular cost per player is $25 including taxes. Our Cirque du Mystère and Book of the Dead rooms have a minimum of 2 players. Vault 204 has a minimum of 4 players. Tuesdays are $20 per player all day, with no minimum number of players.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel for a full refund 48 hours before your booking. Between 48 hours and 1 hour before your booking you can re-book for a new day or time. If your party does not cancel within one hour of your room start time your fee is forfeit.
When should our group arrive?
In order to ensure your group starts on time and is able to use the full hour of escape time we suggest arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled room start time.
What if a member of our group is late?
We will do our best to accommodate a late start but for the final booking of the day or when a delay would impact a later booking your time will start within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time.
How many people can play a room?
Our rooms are designed for 4-8 people but larger groups can accommodated. Cirque du Mystère has a minimum of two players. Other rooms have a 4 person minimum.
Rooms
Do your rooms use a “one and done” policy?
No. Any code used in a room will only be used once. However, an information source leading to the code may be used as a source of information for more than one puzzle.
Are your rooms accessible?
Our rooms are designed with accessibility in mind. However, there are puzzles that require at least one able-bodied person. With advance notice, some alterations can be made to allow Cirque du Mystère to be fully wheelchair accessible.
Is there an age limit for players?
Although puzzles have been designed with adults in mind, players as young as 8 can participate. Groups with players 10 and under require one adult participant. All players under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
Are games English or French?
All of our rooms are fully bilingual. Faite votre visite en français. Stick with English. Or go franglais and fait les deux. Let us know what you prefer.
Are any of the escape rooms scary or do they require physical strength?
None of the rooms are scary. Our rooms have been designed for interaction in the space and to challenge your brain – no feats of strength necessary!
